No, entry is free

Yes, you can enter yourself or colleagues for as many categories as you feel appropriate.

Do I have to keep to the word counts specified in the category entry form?

Yes, all categories will give a maximum word count and you should stick to these limits. However, you are encouraged to provide supplementary material as part of your entry.
