What will be its third year, the Pitched Roofing Awards, which will be taking place on Friday 26 February, 2021, at the iconic Midland Hotel in Manchester, are now OPEN for entries!
Firmly establishing itself as a key event in the industry calendar, the Pitched Roofing Awards, which is brought to you by the publisher of RCI magazine, is back to shine a spotlight on the sector’s most outstanding projects and people who operate within it.
With a variety of categories to choose from, recognising both the residential and commercial areas of the pitched roofing market, there is plenty of opportunity for companies and individuals to be acknowledged for their achievements.
From innovative product design and materials used on a project, to the complexity of the installation, roofing contractors, manufacturers, architects and specifiers, will be able to submit an entry for themselves or recognise other contractors and individuals who they believe to be award-worthy.
Winning a Pitched Roofing Award is an exceptional achievement and has proven business benefits for those who enter too. Not only will it enhance the reputation of your company in the eyes of your customers, but it will also raise your company profile and secure a competitive edge over your industry peers.
Tangible demonstrations of outstanding levels of workmanship, safety and quality, are more important than ever for the advancement of your business. Winning a Pitched Roofing Award provides that!
The winners of next year’s awards will be revealed at a luncheon at the Midland Hotel in Manchester on Friday 26 February, 2021, and will provide a fantastic networking opportunity to meet new clients and reaffirm relationships with existing ones.
With many of you working at home because of the coronavirus, why not start thinking about your awards entries now? Entry for the Pitched Roofing Awards is FREE, and you can nominate as many entries as you wish.
If your project has been completed over the last 12 months and you would like to be a part of this fantastic event, then make sure you submit your entry online at www.pitchedroofingawards.co.uk/enter-awards by Friday 6 November, 2020. Having attended the Pitched Roofing Awards as a guest in December 2018, we were extremely impressed with the quality and professionalism of this event. It is a fantastic opportunity to celebrate some of the fantastic work and innovation in the roofing sector and also to network with a broad range of roofing professionals. We are delighted to be confirmed as a sponsor for 2019 and look forward to a fantastic event

“We submitted an entry into the RCI Roofing Awards in 2018 because we believed that our slate re-roofing project at ‘Urmston Grammar School’ merited inclusion. We were shortlisted for the award but were not fortunate enough to win in our category. However, we realised that being shortlisted was an achievement in itself and was recognition from industry peers as to the quality of our work and the delivery of the project...

...We have also realised that industry recognition of our project through our shortlisting for the award is an excellent testimonial for us to use in the growth of our business. We now use evidence we used in our entry and the shortlisting notification as selling points for potential new clients. This has enabled us to secure 2 large school re-roofing contracts with a new client. Being able to evidence quality and industry recognition via the awards process has been extremely beneficial and gives prospective clients confidence in engaging our company”

The new RCI Pitched Roofing Awards is a unique event tailored to acknowledge and reward excellence for all those working within this dynamic sector. Never before has the industry had the opportunity to be a part of a niche awards ceremony which identifies all external products associated within the pitched roofing sector. The awards categories are open to all manufactures and their contractors so no matter how big or small the project is we would like to receive your entry to be carefully analysed by our panel of expert judges and be in contention to win an award for one of our 17 categories.
Award ceremonies create a fantastic buzz, pre, during and post event and as such provide manufactures an excellent opportunity to obtain kudos amongst their peers by partaking in one of our comprehensive sponsorship packages available, these packages provide a detailed marketing programme in the run up to the event, brand awareness during the day, and even after the awards within our post event feature which will announce all the winners and sponsors within the December issue of RCI magazine.
The Pitched Roofing Awards is truly something our industry can and will be proud so if you would like to be a part of this specialised event please contact Tony Brown for sponsorship opportunities.
